Mr. Ho Tsu Kwok, Charles is the founder and Chairman of Sing Tao News Corporation Limited. He is also Chairman of Hong Kong Tobacco Company Limited, a Non-Executive Director of China National Aviation Company Limited, and an Independent Non-Executive Director of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation.

During the 1970s and 1980s, Mr. Ho worked for a number of international investment banks where he gained considerable experience in international business and finance in the U.S. He returned to Hong Kong in the 1990s to develop family business and started a number of investment projects in the PRC.
